I'm a piano tuner and technician with twenty years of experience servicing pianos in concert venues, studios, music institutions, homes, and piano showrooms. I became a Registered Piano Technician with the Piano Technicians Guild in 2008, passing my written, technical, and tuning exams in Boston, MA. For further training, I've attended multiple seminars for specialized training at both the Steinway factory in Queens, NY, and Yamaha's US headquarters. I worked as a staff technician at Berklee College of Music for 12 years as part of a team that maintained over 400 instruments and as a subcontractor for Bergsten Music preparing rental pianos in large performance venues including the Dunkin Donuts Center (Providence Civic Center), Tweeter Center (Great Woods), Orpheum Theatre, Wang Theatre, and various outdoor festivals.
